I am so glad you are here. My passion is to help women, just like you, live your best life - one that celebrates YOU, your inner wisdom, unique gifts and brilliant voice (and yes, there is a brilliant voice in there). A life that feels good to you that you are creating for yourself.
As humans, we are socialized by the world around us, and as a woman, you have likely been socialized in ways that have held you back from your dreams or not let you express all of your gifts. And what does this look like? It is making yourself small, it is not listen to your intuition, it is living by the expectations of others or putting unrealistic expectations on yourself, and it very often carries with it anxiety and shame.
